Welcome to the Presentations System!

This site supports uploading and downloading of digital slide shows created in Microsoft© PowerPoint™.

To Download:

• If you know the file is password protected, ensure you have the correct username and password from the uploader. OIT will not tell you the password.
• Click 'Search Presentations' on the sidebar menu.
• Select the appropriate criteria on the search form (or leave it alone if you want to see all available presentations).
• Click the 'Search' button at the bottom of the criteria selection form.
• Locate the desired presentation in the search results and click the link labeled 'download' on that presentation's row (if you need more information, like the abstract, click the 'more' link).
• If the file is password protected, you will be asked for the username/password.
• If you provide the correct username/password, or they are not necessary, your browser will prompt you to download the file.
• In order to view PowerPoint™ presentations, you will need a copy of either Microsoft© PowerPoint™ or the PowerPoint™ Viewer
• In order to edit Microsoft© PowerPoint™ slide shows, you will need a copy of the Microsoft© PowerPoint™ program. (Note: see Intellectual Property Notice below)

To Upload:

• Click 'Upload Presentation' on the sidebar menu.
• Follow the directions on that form.

Intellectual Property Notice
During the upload process, a user may designate that the presentation should not be edited by anyone without their express permission. Such presentations are protected by the Intellectual Property Policy of the University of Georgia.
