www.grandpajonescornmaze.com Grandpa Jones Corn Maze -- A 10 acre field of corn with a detailed design of a farner on his tractor and then a larger side view of his tractor. The farmer maze is 1.5 miles long, and the side view of the tractor is 2.2 miles long. A treasure hunt for 12 checkpoints to complete the maze with lots of twists and turns to reach your final destination.

Little Bend Orchards(Red Apple Barn) -- Come to the mountains and enjoy a trip to the Red Apple Barn. There is beautiful scenery on this 100 acre working farm, plus all kinds of great stuff at the apple house. Enjoy six different types of cider and doxens of other things to eat and collectables. ngaagfair.com North Georgia Agricultural Fair -- The North Georgia Agricultural Fair is an excellent place for people to come and learn about agriculture. We have Agricultural exhibits consisting of crops, animals, and livestock demonstrations. We also have canning and preserving exhibits as well. There is also a 4-H / FFA livestock show consisting of Cattle, Swine, Horses, Sheep, Rabbit, Poultry and goats. We have a petting zoo also.

A heritage farm themed festival takes place July 4th and 5th with antique tractor parade, live traditional southern music, BBQ, cold summertime treats, 100 artist and crafters, and farm fun for kids of all ages.

History of the Farm The Pecan Orchard Plantation is a 91 acre diversified farm with an emphasis on livestock, hay and pecan production. It is owned by Phillip and Marinette Scott. The Alston / Longpond area was settled by Scottish immigrants. Many of the origional family's descendants are still here today. The farm was origionally owned by the Gibbs, Williamson, and Davis Families.
